Returns will be accepted if an item sent is defective or faulty in any way. Returns must be forwarded at the buyer's expense within seven (7) days of receipt and must be packaged in a manner that protects the item/s in transit. Returns due to ordering errors on the part of the buyer or change of mind will not be accepted. Items received for refund will be checked to verify the buyer's claim/s. If a refund is approved, the buyer can expect the refund to be processed within seven (7) days of receipt by the supplier. No claims will be considered beyond seven (7) days from dispatch.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
